Terms of Trade

A minimum order amount of $150 + GST excluding shipping cost applies.

We ship via Australia Post or Sendle, depending on the size of the order.
Shipping cost is calculated based on the final order and is added to the invoice before payment and dispatch. Orders are dispatched within 2 working days of receiving payment.

If you receive an item which is faulty/broken, please report them to hello@amindy.com within 5 days of receiving them. Please quote your invoice number and the description of the item. If the fault is visible, please provide a photograph.

All orders are final and cannot be cancelled once the final invoice has been generated and payment has been made. We cannot accept returns on unsold items or change of mind. Due to the nature of timber, we do not accept returns on natural variation in patterns.

All Amindy products are individually handmade. Some variations can occur, especially in timber grain, paint finish and hand cut material. This is not considered as a fault.

Amindy can not guarantee exclusivity to you in your area for the products that are ordered. We do not encourage Amindy to be stocked heavily in small country towns, however metropolitan areas can be difficult to manage. If you wish to request exclusivity in your area, please contact us at hello@amindy.com to discuss the options.

Prices shown on the wholesale website are exclusive of GST whereas as our prices shown on our retail website is inclusive of GST. Refer to our website www.amindy.com for our RRP. As a stockist you are free to set your own pricing, however we prefer that it is not set under our RRP unless the item is listed as sale. We reserve the right to alter our wholesale pricing at any time, unless already invoiced.

All orders are on a COD (cash on delivery) basis, unless arranged otherwise. Items will not be dispatched until payment is cleared. Payment can be made via VISA or Mastercard or EFT. You will be prompted upon receiving your invoice to supply your credit card details and additional notes if required. Alternatively EFT details are listed on the final invoice. 

Any pre orders placed, such as at a trade show require a 50% deposit to secure the order. An estimated delivery time, will be provided, however this time may vary due to circumstances out of our control. We will communicate as much as possible through the process if any delays occur. If for any reason we need to cancel the production, the payment will be refunded.

All Amindy product designs and images are the property of Amindy. All stockists are free to use our images for the purpose of promoting the range. If you require high resolution images, please email hello@amindy.com

Amindy products cannot be modified for resale.

Amindy does not take any responsibility for any losses, costs, damages and expenses resulting from claims arising out of your breach of these Terms of Trade.
